About

Mission

Our mission is to create meaningful connection opportunities within the Colorado Springs business community. We serve as a resource hub for networkers, host open, in-person networking events on the 4th Tuesday of every month, and produce a monthly networking newsletter.

Vision

We envision a Colorado Springs business community where people show up as real humans, not polished sales personas. A place where relationships are built before transactions, collaboration replaces competition, and no one is expected to figure it out alone.

In this community, trust is earned through consistency, ideas are shared without gatekeeping, and opportunity flows from genuine connection. Power Connectors exists to be the place people turn when they want honest conversation, real support, and allies who actually show up, not just another name in their contacts.

This is networking with substance. Connection that goes somewhere.

Core Values

AUTHENTICITY OVER PERFORMANCE

Be real. Be accountable.

Showing up as yourself matters. So does follow-through. We value honesty, consistency, and doing business in a way that earns trust, not attention.

RELATIONSHIPS BEFORE TRANSACTIONS

We don’t rush trust.

Connections come first, business follows naturally, and pressure tactics are not welcome here. Long-term relationships beat short-term wins every time.

OPEN, ACCESS CREATES STRENGTH

We build open doors, not inner circles.

Connection, opportunity, and information aren’t reserved for a select few. When access is shared, the entire community benefits. Show up with respect and intention, and you belong here.

COLLABORATION BEATS COMPETITION

We believe there’s room for everyone to win.

Referrals aren’t currency, and success isn’t a zero-sum game. We connect people because progress is built together.

GROWTH WITH INTEGRITY

We care how success is built, not just that it is.

Learning, accountability, and doing business the right way matter more than shortcuts or hype.

MOMENTUM OVER PERFECTION

Progress beats paralysis.

We value action, experimentation, and forward movement over waiting until everything looks flawless. Done thoughtfully is better than done someday.
